I currently have a condo in the midtown Atlanta area that I am renting out long term. I am looking for recommendations for a reliable handyman in the area who could come to fix things as they come up, but also periodically do walk throughs to catch any issues and fix them preemptively. Since I will be managing this rental remotely, I need someone who is attentive and can alert me of any issues early on. Has anyone worked with a handyman who fits this description who they can recommend? Thanks.
