Good Evening Bigger Pockets!
My partner and I are looking to expand our Fix & Flip business in Mobile County and Baldwin County. I handle everything on the Real Estate side, my partner handles everything on the rehab portion, and we both are able to handle certain portions of renovations when necessary.
We are looking for a 3rd partner to take care of the financing end. This can be lending your personal funds or through capital raising. This is the most passive portion of the business, and we would be open to discussing different options for compensation.
