I have a pocket listing for a 12-unit apartment complex in Kingsport, TN. 9 units are occupied and bringing in over $6,000 per month. 3 need major repairs. The seller is asking $575,000. Price is firm. Reach out for more information.
This is in the Bloomingdale area of Kingsport (1204 and 1208 Bloomingdale Pike, Kingsport). They are liquidating some of their portfolio for a different investment. The back building, which is kind of like two buildings joined by a stairwell, has four units and of the four three need repairs. Three of the four buildings have had new roofs in the past 1-1.5 years.
