@Alex Schredl Really depends on the location and the type of of small multifamily in KC. Typically we do more like $1mm-$10mm transactions but always have dupelxes and fourplexes. DM me if you would like to learn a bit more.
If you are still looking for investment properties in the Kansas City area we should connect. MLS inventory is down but there are still opportunities. There are also a number of good wholesalers and other avenues that can be explored depending on your buy box.
