Commercial Property For Sale - Birmingham AL
Someone recently reached out to me about some commercial property that they are trying to sell. Being that my experience is mostly in residential real estate I have chosen to present this possible lead to the Bigger Pockets community. I reached out to a couple of my people on my list but both said that this is not their type of property to invest in. If you are interested in this property you will have to do your due diligence for I don’t have extensive experience in this area to say it is a good deal or not. My plan was to possibly wholesale this, but from reading the threads on BP this may be difficult to do if you are not an experienced investor in this arena.
