Hola! My name is Susan Welland and I'm an agent located in La Rioja, Spain. After I bought my first investment property in Spain (currently on Airbnb and Booking.com), I packed up my bags and moved here to help others buy in the wonderful country! I'm finding it is an amazing opportunity for those ready to retire (Golden Visa) or for those who want to start small and buy something fun to start with! I can help you work with the Banks here in Spain (they finance Americans) and introduce you to my team who will find hidden gems throughout Spain and Portugal. Please connect with me at [email protected]
