Y'all must have ONE heck of a contractor to do the inside renovations AND build a legal ADU to match that comp for all-in budget of $50,000 to $70,000.
I am confused, as this is currently active on the MLS but maybe not up to date yet.
Are you looking for end buyer for $300k all in including any assignment?
