I have a rental property in Huntsville, AL, and I would be happy to recommend a good property management company. Although I am a realtor, I do not do property management.
Thanks for the reply .Can you give me the name of the property mgt co you use since I had some issues with some in the past.I also would like to know if you have any handyman that you use that are reasonable and reliable? I have three single family properties ,two in the 35811 zip Huntsville and one in Harvest. I am an out of state investor from Colorado and I felt that the area was growing but also there seems to be a lot of apartments going up ,so I am wondering about rents going forward.
