Any landlords in Atlanta interested in doing a sublease?

I'm interested in doing some arbitrage with AirBnB and VRBO, looking for a few properties to lease in the Atlanta area. I'd be willing to pay the rent 6 months in advance (every 6 months) and agree to be responsible for all repairs & maintenance. I have a unit in Atlanta coming available that I previously arbitraged to another STR operator. It is fully furnished and ready to go if you’d like to take a look. 4/2 house right by Tyler Perry studios and one block from MARTA station.
