Looking for contractor with popcorn ceiling experience

This is my first post and happy I found this site and what it offers. 

I have a rental property that has water stained popcorn ceiling that either needs to be replaced or converted to flat surface.  The following rooms need the work performed.  I received a quote from ServPro and almost passed out.

I did find someone and what a messy job.  I am still cleaning up dust lol.
