Houston, Texas Property Management Company recommendations

I own a triplex in Pearland, Texas and am looking for a property management company to help manage this property since I reside out of state. I'm looking for a company in the Houston area that would also manage properties in Pearland.

Hey @Hank Hwang, I have a good network of PMs here in Texas. Let's chat sometime so I know who to send your way.

    Hey Hank,

I would start with companies listed on the NARPM website.

And IMO, stay away from larger multi-city or multi-state companies.

We get a lot of owners from larger companies that complain out the lack of communication.

    Best of luck!

    Cam
