I am  looking to getting started in STRs in the Jacksonville or Saint Augustine areas. 

Looking for recommendations on agents or lenders in the area that can help get me started.

    Hi Abraham, 

    I'd be happy to help you out on the lending side and can certainly recommend a good agent up there as well. I have some good options for STR loans that will allow you to qualify with Airdna projected rental income, instead of long term rental income.     Hi Abraham, 

    I would be happy to help you on your search for a profitable STR. I have my own brokerage in Jacksonville and a majority of our business is focused on STR's, we even have several on the market right now in the area. I also own some STRs in Jax Beach and can share some insight from my personal experience.

    We have some local lenders that specialize is STR lending that we have worked with in the past and could share with you as well.
