Looking for my first Investment to be a multifamily home

Hello BP Family, I looking for a Good cash flow market to buy a multifamily home. I was thinking of Texas but I'm still doing my research. I have a VA loan which I already have been pre approved. I just need an Agent that has experience with VETS. Thank you in advance
