Seeking New Home Construction Builder/GC in Apache Junction, Arizona

Hello, I have a lot in Apache Junction, Arizona and looking to build an 3/2 that will be long term rental.  Seeking a general contractor that has experience building in Apache Junction and works with real estate investors with cost plus construction management as an option. 

Efficient residential house, no high end finishes. Roughly 1200 sqft. Possible ADU also.
