WANTED: DFW Real Estate Agent
Hey Everyone,
I'm currently seeking a reliable real estate agent to collaborate with in the DFW area, with a specific focus on Denton County. I'm relatively new to the real estate investing scene but highly motivated to learn and grow. My objective for this year is to undertake a couple of fix and flips.
What I'm seeking in a partner is someone who can bring their expertise to the table. One of the challenges I'm encountering is ensuring I have the best numbers. Although I've made several offers, they are frequently outbid or declined. I need assistance in verifying my numbers before making offers on properties (ARV,Rehab, ect.). I want to ensure that each deal is financially sound and offers a solid potential for profit.
Furthermore, I'll need someone list the property once the rehab is completed.
