In search for reliable construction project manager.
Tasks would include:
-Going to property location to determine and coordinate future work.
-Making sure General contractor adheres to schedule according to Gantt chart.
-Identifying repairs that have been missed/left off contract.
-Weekly phone call/zoom call for update on adherence to schedule.
