Looking for mentor

Hello everyone,

I am new to investing and recently joined bigger pockets. I am highly motivated to learn and invest in real estate. I am doing Rookie Bootcamp right now and interested in Turnkey strategy to start with and potentially extending it to BRRRR and fix and flip in future. I would really appreciate if someone can help/mentor me to start this process.
