Hello All,
I'm a new Agent in Virginia looking for somewhere to place my license. I would prefer a brokerage that is investor friendly as that is a big area of interest for me as well. I'm open to a cloud based brokerage and have been looking into Exp Realty. Unfortunately not sure how to find a good sponsor. Any suggestions? Or what are some things I should be focusing on to weigh my options. Any help is appreciated.

I've been with eXp for 6 years after 15 years with a traditional brokerage- I've sponsored dozens of agents across 10 different states whom I support in growing their business. @Latoya Pryor Our KW office there in Richmond is awesome. We would love you to interview our team leader Maria there and let her show you all we have to offer.
I expect there are more investors at KW than any other brokerage in the nation if that also interest you. Ask Maria when you see her for a copy of the KW book Millionaire Investor, or FLIP, or HOLD. All great books to read, practice, and give to clients.
