I am a new investor looking to grow my portfolio.  I am interested in buying houses in the Homewood, Lamar, and Wilkinsburg area.  My budget per house is under $50,000.  Thank you in advance for anyone who is willing to partner with me in my quest to solve the affordable housing crisis, one house at a time.
