Please suggest some good networking events where realtors have found it beneficial to attend near Los Angeles. I would love to hear what you gained from prior experiences at these events and what you didn't like.
I am in no way affiliated with them, but thought LARealEstateInvestors.com was a great one. I've attended a couple of events they sponsored all the way from Dallas. They used to meet at UCLA, but I think it is now at a community center. I believe about 1x a month. Lots of vendors booths. Good people. They also have a great newsletter and occasionally have some Saturday workshops that look good to me.
