Does anyone know any good direct lenders for FN's to get higher LTV? I have a lender who goes up to 70% purchase and 65% for cash-outs but I just want to know if anyone is aware of a program that offers higher LTV for FN's?
We can chat… I have a source for FN that allows 75% new purchase and 70% refi’s. 75% would be an exception for a strong borrower. The 70% for refi is pretty rare though! Of course when DSCR is there etc..
