Hello everyone,
I'm looking to purchase off-market properties in the Atlanta area. My budget is $180K - $230K, and I plan to make a cash purchase. I am mainly interested in single-family homes, preferably detached or semi-detached. If you are a reliable wholesaler/agent, or know someone who is, feel free to shoot me a message.

I am currently looking for properties that require minor/medium cosmetic updates (both interior and exterior). I'm not really looking to make crazy changes and modifications to the existing floor plan. I need something that requires a makeover, but not a full gut job/roof/ foundations/additions/fire damage etc.
