    @Christina Ham You may want to check with surrounding mobile home parks, dealerships and mobile home supply stores. They may have a few referrals for you. Hope that helps!

    Hi @Scott Scoville - circling back on this.  My contractor met an investor out there today, he is from the bay area and said he was going to make an offer at $38k.  I do not have the offer in hand yet but I would rather work with a connection from this area and since you responded in Bigger Pockets before I met this other buyer, I wanted to give you a quick heads up.  LMK if you are still interested in this one.  Thank you!

    I Have a mobile home going on mls next week for sale in Placerville. 25k is sellers asking. It needs a lot of work. Let me know if you want any more details. I thought I could flip it myself, but it won't work for me. -Christina Ham, eXp Realty DRE 01440306

    6387 Mother Lode Dr. Placerville. Unit 73. I had a contractor come in and look at it. There is a lot of dry rot under the floor. All cosmetics would need to be replaced/ updated. 2 bed 1 bath single wide 56x12 with sunroon addition.
