I am currently a site superintendent for a commercial GC in Jacksonville, but I work in Orlando, Gainesville, Tampa, kind of all over north and central Florida. I am looking for an investor that wants/needs someone who can handle their construction/rehab projects from start to finish. My ideal situation would be where the investor has said property that needs rehab, they give me a budget, and I choose what to sub or self perform. It would be nice if we created some sort of pay structure that incentivizes me to self perform work and in turn save the investor money.
