Looking for recommendations for a business coach/mentor

I am in investor in Springfield, MO. I’m looking at getting a business coach/mentor. Any recommendations on where to look for possible options? 

Do you recommend finding a local business coach/mentor or does that matter when it comes to coaching/mentorship?

    When you make a post like this, you are going to get a lot of pitches and that means many fake gurus. Mentors are found by going to real estate investor meetups for six months to a year without an ask and seeing who you get along with and want to learn from. You also need to identify what you have to offer to the equation. The best mentors aren't paid (coaches are paid), they are people who want to help you because you are interested in them and have something you can do for them that they can't do themselves.

    Thank you for the response. I’m transitioning full time into real estate in the summer and will have time to meet up with our local real estate meetups and groups. I just don’t have time due to my current job. I was just looking for different online locations to find some known coaches/mentors. I will look into it further. Thanks again for getting back to me!
