My name is Ian Morales, and I am an active-duty Marine currently stationed in California. I am relocating to Southern Florida around March/April to serve as a recruiter at the South Dade Recruiting Station in Miami.
I am planning to purchase my first property and aim to take advantage of the VA Loan and Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) benefits to make this possible. To ensure a smooth process, I am seeking a referral to high-performing real estate agents with experience assisting military members in navigating this journey.
Attached to this message is a link detailing the basic criteria for the type of property I am looking for.
Thank you in advance for your assistance and support!
