Experienced Property Manager Seeking Partnership for Ownership Growth

Hi BiggerPockets Community,

I'm a property manager with over 10 years of hands-on experience managing multifamily properties, ensuring smooth operations, maximizing ROI, and building strong tenant relationships. After a decade of working to grow others' portfolios, I'm now focused on making the transition to property ownership myself.

I’m seeking a cash partner interested in multifamily investments who would benefit from a trusted, experienced partner to handle day-to-day management and strategic planning. In exchange for your investment, I’ll bring my time, expertise, and proven track record to the table, ensuring your returns are optimized while we build a successful partnership.

If you’re looking for a dedicated, skilled partner to help you grow your portfolio and make the process seamless, I’d love to connect. Let’s discuss how we can align our goals to create a profitable venture.

Feel free to DM me or comment below to start a conversation!

Hey Miss Davis. What city/market are you in?  And what type of property (and price range) are you targeting?

Ok, and are you ok with some rehab? If so, how much?

Yes, so far as I’m experienced in working with general contractors as well as sourcing vendors.

Are you able to put any skin in the game, besides your management expertise?

Of course, I can identify high-potential areas and evaluate deals with a critical eye. I’m also willing to put in sweat equity—whether that’s sourcing deals, overseeing renovations, or handling tenant management. Also,

I’m deeply committed to personal growth and continuously learning. I’ve been studying creative financing strategies like seller financing which I can use to bring innovative deal structures to the table. My long-term goal is to build a sustainable portfolio while adding value to every partnership I’m part of.

In short, I may be new to investing, but I bring expertise, hustle, and a clear commitment to growth, which I believe makes me a valuable partner.
