Real Estate Attorney in New Jersey

Hello BP community! I hope that everyone is having a great 2025 already! We are looking to growing our real estate portfolio and are looking for a great Real Estate Attorney that we can hire, and learn from who can handle our legal needs, setting up LLC's, etc. If any of you are currently working with a great real estate attorney, I would really appreciate any recommendations. You don't need your real estate attorney to set up LLCs in New Jersey. It takes five minutes on the state site. If you need an operating agreement, that is usually a different attorney (but not always). I've done more than 50 deals with Ashley Molson at Molson Law Firm if you want to look her up.

Jonathan, thank you very much for reply. I really appreciate it. We currently have a small portfolio in Ohio and need to create LLC's there (in OH) to place the properties in... or so I thought. I'm still a rookie investor and am learning new things all the time. I really appreciate the the referral and the info. My investing experience is still limited, but if there is anything that you believe I could do to help bring value to your investing or business goals, please don't hesitate to let me know.
