Hey everyone,

I’ve been a real estate investor and homeowner for a while now, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned—it’s that managing home maintenance, repairs, and remodels can be a huge headache. Whether it’s figuring out if a contractor’s quote is reasonable, deciding between fixing vs. replacing something, or just knowing what the heck is wrong with my HVAC, it’s a constant challenge.

So, I built an AI assistant called EstateGPT—think of it like a copilot for homeowners and landlords. It helps with:
✅ Diagnosing home issues (upload a pic or describe the problem)
✅ Getting cost estimates for repairs/remodels
✅ Finding replacement parts & materials
✅ Suggesting DIY vs. call a pro recommendations

I built this because I personally needed something like it, but I’d love to hear from other investors and homeowners:

• - How do you currently handle home repairs & maintenance?
• - Do you use any tools, or is it mostly experience + contractor quotes?
• - If you’ve used anything similar, what worked (or didn’t work) for you?

I’m still improving it and would love honest feedback from experienced investors and DIYers. Would anyone be open to trying it out and letting me know what you think?

Appreciate any thoughts or advice!
