Looking for a mentor or any connections

Hi everyone I'm from Indiana but I have a wholesale deal in Texas. Seller will sign tomorrow but I honestly have no clue what to do now. If any buyers want to mentor me and do a JV deal that would be awesome. Any help is appreciated.
