Looking for a mentor or any connections

Hi everyone I'm from Indiana but I have a wholesale deal in Texas. Seller will sign tomorrow but I honestly have no clue what to do now. If any buyers want to mentor me and do a JV deal that would be awesome. Any help is appreciated.

Hey Joseph, check out Indiana Out of State Investor group on facebook. There's hundreds of wholesalers on there... Many are willing to help out!
