I'm an out of state investor partnering with a person who lives in Pittsburgh to buy a duplex or triplex in the Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, Shadyside, Oakland area. One unit will be owner occupied. We're looking for an agent and lender in the area who can help us navigate the market.
