Would you like to be my long-term landlord?

I am a renter, soon to face an eviction to sell. I want to try my best to ensure that the buyer is a bona fide long-term landlord, not intending to occupy. I want to make members of this group aware of this property becoming available. (Sure this sounds like an advertising gimmick, but I am not the seller--I am the tenant.) The property is 20-12333 English Ave, RICHMOND BC V7E 6T2.  If this post is misplaced w.r.t. category and topic please let me know.
