Hi All,

I decided to pivot in my career after being laid off as a licensed commercial insurance (P&C) agent. My dream is to one day be able to invest in commercial property so I am currently looking for a job position where I could gain value/learn along the way to also support my goal.

Things I am eager to learn:
- raising capital (commercial)

- Syndication

- self-directed IRA, wealth management and/or asset protection

-  real estate analyst/strategist for corporate expansion (helping companies evaluate where their next new location would be profitable, etc. - Ex. Chipotle, Wholefoods, etc.)

I am unfamiliar with what the career path(s) would look like to be able to get in those types of roles and was wondering if anyone could help guide me on where to begin and what type of "job titles/roles" to search for. Every company uses different titles so it can be quite difficult in doing my research.

I recently passed my CA real estate salesperson exam, if that helps in any way.

Let me know if you have any advise for me or are willing to connect me to anyone you know
.

Thank you in advance!
