Could anyone recommend reliable sources for obtaining a high-quality lead prospect list? I'd appreciate guidance on identifying the most effective platforms.
Hey @Ignatius Okeke - so it depends on what you're looking to accomplish with the lead list?
You're asking the $1T question because everyone is looking for the right "list"
If you're looking to wholesale, there's a lot of softwares out there that will help you target down distressed properties and etc.
If you're looking to find leads as an agent/broker, then there's also other softwares out there that will give you calling lists to target failed listings, FSBOs, etc.
Just matters what you're looking to target, a quick Google search should help.
