Hi everyone, I’m Assaf!

I’m a real estate entrepreneur and investor working in the Cleveland, Ohio market for the past five months. My main focus is on single-family value-add flips, especially in West Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs, including Lorain and Elyria. I enjoy the hands-on process of renovating properties and selling them quickly.

A bit about me personally: I’m married with five wonderful kids. Real estate is currently my side hustle, as I work full-time as a Business Development Manager for a global company. My long-term goal is to transition into real estate full-time.

I’ve built a reliable team that allows me to move fast on new deals. Right now, I’m looking for more investment opportunities and partners with capital to collaborate on future projects. My goal is to complete at least five more flips by the end of the year.
