Looking for loan options for Seller Financing or STR Loans

I have a property up for sale but I also want to investigate short term rental loans as well as a wraparound loan to pay off the hard money and then set up a seller financing structure. My priority is time vs profit. The quicker I can sell for a decent profit is more important than getting the highest offer possible.
