Hey Kenzo,
Welcome! Buying your first rental is a big step and a great way to build long-term wealth. Since you're a few months out, now’s the time to start lining up financing, researching markets, and getting clear on your budget and goals.
If you're planning to use rental income to qualify, a DSCR loan might be a solid option, it's based on the property's cash flow, not your personal income.
I’m new here. I’m looking to buy my first rental property in a few months.
Hey Kenzo! Welcome to BiggerPockets! How much cash do you have to get started? I am seeing clients and myself buy deals with less than $10,000 out of pocket and 30-40% COC returns on BRRRR deals!
Turnkey is also very lucrative with properties being ready to rent at the 1% rule in many locations in Memphis! Let me know if you have any interest in that!
