Looking For A GC In Metro Detroit

Member since 2025 · 3 posts · 0 votes

Hi,

I currently have 2 rentals with the first flip on the horizon. The rentals were both live in flips. Im skilled but having a fulltime job I dont have time to do a flip. Are there any good trustworthy GCs youve used in the area?

Hey @Nick Traskal, welcome to the BP Forum! I suspect @Drew Sygit might know a few GCs worth working with as he runs a PMC in Detroit.
