Looking for a Part-Time Virtual Property Manager for Commercial Portfolio
We are seeking an experienced Director of Property Management to oversee our extensive portfolio of properties. As the Director, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our properties, as well as dealing with vendors, contractors, and tenants. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of property management best practices, a proven track record of successfully managing large portfolios, and exceptional communication skills. Starting commitment is 7-10 hours per week with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day property management operations
- Develop and implement property management strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues
- Virtually oversee onsite property inspections and projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Property Management
- Strong knowledge of property management best practices
