Looking for a reliable contractor in Toledo to get SFH section8 ready

Hi - I'm looking for a local contractor to get my 4 bedroom SFH section8 ready.
The property is structurally sound but needs a repaint and some other cosmetic work done. 

I'm based out of state and have a property manager locally to assist. 
If this goes well, I have a second property that also needs some prep (though not as much as this one). 

any recommendations welcomed!
