Hi everyone, 

I currently own 5 Section 8 properties in Cleveland, OH, as an out-of-state investor. I am seeking a reliable property manager who is eager to grow with me as I expand. I prefer someone who isn't a massive outfit or under a real estate brokerage company. If anyone has any suggestions, I appreciate it!

 Well it's illegal to be a property manager in Ohio without being affiliated with a Real Estate Brokerage, so there's that.

    thank you guys. To clarify, i mean the big brokerages that manage and have too many for their own good.

       How do you think they got so many bro? You don't get a lot of units by accident.
