Warehouse/Office/Retail Fix n Flip Loan?
We are looking to purchase a distressed warehouse space that needs a fair amount of work put into it. Are there any hard money type lenders who will do a fix n flip type loan on a commercial property like this? I've checked with all of my usual hard money lenders and none of them will do anything non-residential.
