I’ve been managing short and mid-term rentals across coastal San Diego for the past several years, primarily partnering with individual homeowners. While most of my clients have owned one property each, I manage multiple listings and have built out systems designed for scale,  without compromising on quality, communication, or care.

A few homes have recently transitioned (owners moving back in, a couple converting to long-term tenants), which has created rare space in my portfolio. I’m looking to take on 4–6 more properties and, ideally, form deeper partnerships with a small number of aligned investors.
