Licensed Plumbing Contractor ready to invest
I own a plumbing company and was thinking of partnering with another investor on a property that needs plumbing work done. Would need a partner that can put the upfront costs for the property and I would put in all the material and labor costs for all the plumbing repairs. Do not have a property yet but I am ready to take on a partner and an investment property.
