    Hi Christopher, I saw your post about sourcing off‑market distressed homes in DFW and wanted to connect. Are most of your buyers focused on flips, BRRRRs, or long‑term holds right now?

    Thanks for reaching out — always good to connect with others in the DFW space. My buyers are a mix, but right now I’m seeing more focus on flips and adding to rental portfolios. A few are still doing BRRRRs when the numbers make sense.
