• Provide proof of funds (POF) for offer submissions

• Move quickly on accepted deals

• Fund the purchase and rehab (if applicable)

I handle all property sourcing, deal analysis, and negotiations. You bring the POF and capital.

We’ll split profits on successful flips or agree to a buyout arrangement if you want to keep the property as a rental.
