Seeking a PML lender to assist with down payments for fix and flip projects

Hi,

My business partner is a licensed General Contractor, and I’m a licensed real estate agent — soon to be a licensed home inspector. Together, we’re preparing to take on our first fix-and-flip project.

We initially explored 100% financing options, but that has proven difficult to secure. We’re now looking to connect with a Private Money Lender who can assist with the down payment and potentially other project-related costs. We’re open to using personal income to qualify for the loan or structuring repayment upon the property’s sale at closing.

At this time, we are not looking to connect with additional fix-and-flip lenders offering 90% LTV and 100% construction financing, as we already have several of those relationships in place.
