I have my SFH that has had some issues with the tenant leaving mid-lease and trashing the house. I have a list of items that need to be fixed that vary from changing carpets to painting and fixing things. Is there a contractor in PA that will be on the cheaper side? I am not looking to put in too much money. Happy to hear recommendations
Thank you for the responses! I did end up finding a contractor who was able to get a beautiful unit turn for about 20k with all LVP for about a 1500-1800 sqft property, clean out and painting along with fixing issues on the way with a small bathroom remodel as well.
