Hey everyone! My name is Kalera, and I’m based in Franklinton, NC (near Wake Forest/Raleigh).

I'm eager to grow in real estate investing — especially in wholesaling, BRRRR, fix & flip, and multifamily/Airbnb strategies. I have a strong eye for distressed properties and I'm hungry to learn from active investors.

I’m currently looking to assist an experienced investor or team as a virtual or administrative assistant — helping with lead management, data entry, marketing, seller outreach, or daily operations. I’m reliable, organized, and ready to add value while learning the business hands-on.

Since I’m between jobs, I’m specifically seeking paid opportunities (hourly, part-time, or per-deal basis).
